Mencoba Mental Health Writing Prompt

Tahun ini saya menetapkan untuk mengikuti Kelas Literasi Ibu Profesional (KLIP) dan menargetkan menyetor tulisan setiap harinya. Tanpa skip. Mudah-mudahan dapat tercapai. Aamiin.... Mohon doanya ya manteman. 

Salah satu yang saya perlukan agar mencaoai target tersebut adalah terhindar dari writing block. Untuk mencegahnya maka saya mempersiapkan writing prompt sebanyak mungkin. 

Tentunya tempat saya mencari inspirasi menulis adalah Pinterest. Favorit banget kalau sudah ke sini. Hehehe...

Dari banyaknya ide-ide yang bertebaran, saya memutuskan tema Mental Health yang saya ambil untuk menjadi salah satu kategori tulisan saya tahun ini.

Keputusan memilih mental health bukan karena mentah health sedang jadi isi trend semenjak Covid merebak. Tapi memang karena tahun lalu begitu melelahkan bagi saya, baik fisik dan psikis. Sehingga, saya mau tahun ini saya lebih sehat secara lahiriah dan batiniah. 

Menulis itu katanyakan menyembuhkan. Semoga, dengan menulis perihal mental health ini dapat menjadi jalan menjaga kesehatan mental saya. Terutama dengan segala ketidak pastian yang hadir pasca Corona ini. 

Saya memutuskan menggunakan 60 Mental Health Journal Prompts for Self-Discovery dari Beyond The Blues yang terbagi menjadi 4 bagian, yaitu:

Journal Prompt for Depression

Journal Prompt for Anxiety

  1. What’s your biggest anxiety fear?

  5. What strategies do you currently use to help calm down your anxiety?
  6. What is something new you could try?
  7. Write about the thing that you most want to let go of

Saya akan menulis dengan prompt ini sepekan sekali. Untuk beberapa kesempatan nanti akan terbit dua tulisan dalam sepekan agar 60 ide menulis ini selesai tertulis selama setahun.
